Enda McIntyre founded QWEST Contracting in 1999. With a background in architecture and design, Enda set out to deliver a superior level of construction management where high-quality workmanship, creativity, meticulous attention to detail and consistency of service would be the standard. With more than 32 years of industry experience, Enda continues to be actively involved on a daily basis ensuring an uncompromised level of quality and client service is maintained.

Ed Colbert has been with QWEST Contracting since 2000 and has over 31 years of construction experience. An extremely knowledgeable builder with excellent communication and construction administration skills, Ed oversees field operations on all projects and is responsible for managing field Superintendents, quality control and project delivery.

Richard Goettinger joined the firm in 2005 and is responsible for all aspects of the estimating and purchasing departments. An architect with over 28 years of NYC construction experience, Richard is extremely focused and detailed oriented, essential qualities in conceptual budgeting, detailed estimating, and project procurement.

Sandra Moran manages daily operations and all administrative activities for the firm. An experienced leader with a strong understanding of policy, planning and strategy, Sandra has directed the development, implementation and review of all company policies and procedures since joining QWEST in 2009.
